Terms of Service for AI-HRDesk

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI-HRDesk ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AI-HRDesk is a comprehensive HR management platform that provides tools for:

• Employee management and onboarding
• Attendance tracking and management
• Payroll processing and salary management
• Performance reviews and evaluations
• Leave management
• Document management
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are:

• Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Subject to change with 30 days notice
• Due immediately upon subscription

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into our system. We will:

• Protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Not access your data except as necessary to provide service
• Allow you to export your data at any time
• Delete your data upon account termination (subject to legal requirements)

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI-HRDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
